Dr. Serg Bell is a Singaporean tech entrepreneur, investor and executive. He founded two dozen global IT companies, number of venture funds and several science and education centers, including Constructor group (formerly known as SIT), Acronis, Parallels, Virtuozzo, Acumatica, Webpros, Runa Capital, Terra. VC and Constructor Capital. Bell is also involved in developing a number of science and quantum tech projects, including QuEra, ID Quantique, IonQ, Pasqal.

Serg was born in the USSR to a family of physicists. In 1993 he moved to Singapore and became a Singaporean citizen, and a prominent Singaporean Tech entrepreneur.

Dr. Serg Bell is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Constructor Group, an international research-led institution driven by the purpose of tackling the main problems of the world through science, education, and cutting-edge technology.

Bell is the founder of Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection, currently serving as the Chief Research Officer. Before this role, he served as its Chief Executive Officer. Serg was the founder and majority shareholder of Parallels, a global leader in virtualization and automation software, where he served as the CEO. He was the founder and Executive Chairman of Acumatica, a Cloud ERP company, a Senior Partner at Runa Capital, a global technology-focused venture capital firm he co-founded, and a General Partner and Founder at Constructor Capital.

Dr. Serg Bell holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. (Hons) in Physics and Electrical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science. SB filed over 350 patents (USPTO) with an H-index of 45.
